EXCHANGES
1. Email us within 14 days of receiving requesting a RA number for only full priced items.
2. Once you have received your RA number, please return to address stated within the RA number email we have provided.
3. All shipping of exchanges/returns are at the customers expense.
4. Once we have received your item(s) back into studio/office we will issue you with a store credit for you to use for your desired item.
Please note, we do not offer refunds, with the exception of manufacturing fault.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (RA NUMBER) will not be accepted and sent back at the customers expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS TO EMIAL TO US.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any item on sale or any worn/everyday wear items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Due to our store processes we can not issue refunds based on change of mind, we are happy to issue you with a store credit that will have an expiry of 3 years.
